Why didn't my order shipped together in one package?
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separated date, experience different travel times and will often arrive on different days.
How can I know my order be delivered or not?
When your order leaves our warehouse, a shipping email will be sent with a tracking number for your order.
How long would ship my order?
Please allow 2-5 working days for processing your order. After which, your order will be ready to ship out. It will take 10-25 working days for free shipping, 5-7 working days for Expedited Shipping in general.
Why can't I track my Order on the website?
Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated. Therefore, if you can't find tracking information about your package, please try in 1-2 days later.
- Different custom products will require 2-4 weeks' processing time accordingly. Please pay attention to the custom time on the product's page.
- Shipping days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Orders shipped to any of the US Territories including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Island or APO and FPO military addresses will be shipped via USPS Regular Service only.
- We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or additional fees that may be charged by Customs for any international deliveries.
- We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to destination issues, such as failing to provide a complete and correct shipping address or not being present at the address to sign and receive the package.
